Naveen Patnaik Takes Oath as Chief Minister for 5th time of Odisha. After won the BJD party in Odisha Naveen Patnaik became the CM of Odisha. In the presence of Professor Ganeshi Lal (the Governor of Odisha) Naveen Patnaik takes oath as CM of Odisha. In this occasion of oath ceremony 20 ministers also taking oath along with CM. They are 11 cabinet ministers and 9 state ministers. Yesterday CM Naveen Patnaik will distribute all department to all ministers.
